On 21 and 22 March, as part of the United Nations World Water Day, Brest Metropole organised a series of information and awareness sessions at the Capucins centre.

Around fifteen institutions and associations (UNICEF, Solidarite Internationale, La Vague, Eau du Ponant, Amitie Madagascar Brest, HAMAP-Humanitaire and others) came together to welcome, inform and introduce more than 700 people to water-related issues.

HAMAP-Humanitaire was able to raise awareness among school groups and the general public about the water cycle and about managing and protecting this resource. Younger visitors particularly enjoyed the picture quiz and the presentation of the water access project for around ten villages in Cambodia.
