DECENTRALISED
COOPERATIONInternational solidarity, a competence of local authorities
Decentralised cooperation allows French local authorities to run water and sanitation projects with partner authorities abroad. HAMAP-Humanitaire works alongside them as project management adviser: technical expertise, project steering, fundraising and coordination in the field, while keeping the resources required from the authority to a minimum.
