Within the decentralised cooperation policy entered into by the French commune of Ramonville Saint-Agne with the Governorate of Mahdia and the commune of Mellouleche in Tunisia, HAMAP Humanitaire coordinates the work undertaken in water and sanitation.

Aims of the mission:
- Official signing of the three-way cooperation agreement between the town of Ramonville Saint-Agne (France), the Governorate of Mahdia and the town of Mellouleche (Tunisia).
- Validation of the planned work on access to water and sanitation (2015 programme of activities)
- Prospects for twinning and/or school and cultural exchanges alongside the technical cooperation.
- Prospects for cooperation in 2016 on water and sanitation.
- Briefing the official French bodies: French Embassy, Cooperation and Cultural Action Service (SCAC) and Institut Francais.
The mayor of Ramonville Saint-Agne, Christophe Lubac, and the president of the municipal council of Mellouleche, Mehdi Hattab, sign the three-year framework cooperation agreement.
The Governor of Mahdia, Faouzi Ghrab, holds the final discussion session before the framework cooperation agreement is signed.
