Training of trainers for the improvement of primary education
Ouagadougou
Burkina Faso
The education system in Burkina Faso is facing enormous difficulties and the numerous school failures are the result. There are strong disparities between the different regions of the country as well as between the sexes. Numerous studies have been carried out by the different participants(acteurs) in education and development partners working in this field in the search for sustainable solutions. These various studies have led to the development and adoption of a reform of the education system. However, it is clear that this reform is struggling to be implemented. Indeed, we note the insufficiency of the training of teachers on the pedagogical themes retained by the Ministry, hence the insufficiencies in the accompaniment of the pupils.
