This project consists of installing sanitary blocks in schools in order to provide the basic sanitation that is necessary for the development of children, especially young girls, in the peri-urban area of Koudougou and in the rural commune of Kokologo. The dry latrines are particularly adapted to the situation (recommended by the Ministry of Education) and to local customs. In addition, the compost produced by these latrines can be used in rural areas to create school gardens. A training and awareness-raising component is essential to this operation in order to guarantee its sustainability.
Improvement of living and working conditions for schoolchildren and students in ten school groups.
